Carrie Underwood to sing national anthem at Super Bowl

Carrie Underwood has been tapped to sing the national anthem at Super Bowl XLIV in Miami. The yee-haa honey won’t be the only one singing America’s praises. Queen Latifah will perform “America the Beautiful” as well. The Feb. 7 Super Bowl, which pits the Indianapolis Colts against the New Orleans Saints, will also have The Who as its halftime entertainment.
