Is Steven Tyler really rocking Aerosmith’s boat?
Aerosmith bassist Tom Hamilton yesterday acknowledged the turmoil plaguing the legendary rock band but said he hopes the Bad Boys From Boston can pull it together and keep making beautiful music together.
“We’re always full of troubles, trials and tribulations,” Hamilton told the Track. “But somewhere in the back of everyone’s mind is the knowledge that the only way to get something like the unbelievable experience we just had in Abu Dhabi is as this band.”

Maybe it's time to end this "marriage"; it's been a great ride, you made tons of money and lots of great music together. You'll still be loved and considered a great rock and roll band.
Tyler is interested in pursuing solo opportunities like bridge, crocheting, watching Matlock, eating pudding, and other age-appropriate activities.

Say what you want they are a bunch of great guys well known and accessible in their communities and always willing to help charities in their towns I hope everything works out for them Rock on from Marshvegas
I agree that they seem totally decent, and no one has a bad thing to say about these guys (esp. on the South Shore). It's just they're getting pretty long in the tooth, and I wonder if it's not time for them to start practicing playing polkas and the fox trot for nursing home happy hours. Tyler has a good voice for calling out Bingo numbers.
stick a fork in Tyler already... His best moments were in the 1970's
All those trips to rehab has NOT made him better, just late for concerts and tipsy on stage

A hissy fit at the age of 60! Yo fella's you really out to consider another blowout album before you need Depends in case of a blowout!
Maybe they just hang it up as a group because Aerosmith would not be Aerosmith without Steven Tyler, just like they weren't when they went without Joe Perry for awhile. If you need evidence of this, just look at Van Halen. They were awesome when they had the original four members, but throw Sammy Hagar, Gary Cherone and Wolfgang into the mix and they totally suck.
