WARWICK, R.I. - Two-time Oscar-nominated actor James Woods has sued a Rhode Island hospital over the 2006 death of his younger brother.

Woods on Friday declined to discuss the lawsuit in detail, but told The Associated Press he wants "justice" for his brother, Michael, who was 49 when he died at Kent Hospital in Warwick of an apparent heart attack.

He went to Harvard. He\'s cool -- does not act like the other Hollywood flakes.

Actually it was MIT. He has joked about how back then he was kind of nerdy and always wore a pocket protector.

James Woods is also a semi-regular on the poker circuit where he's known for being one of the better players.

He's in RI A LOT. He shuttles frequently from LA LA land to Warwick, RI. He's like a Joe nobody. He goes to coffee shops around there, etc. The same scenario used to exist with the late, great, Anthony Quinn who used to live in Bristol, RI & he'd go to the local McDonalds, Dunkin Donuts, etc. Up in ME, Stephen Kind is always floating around Portland. I ran into him once coming out of a Staples. At that time, (Mid 90's) he drove a VW Bug.
