Harbor cruise Hingham holds off Xaverian

LOWELL - Eric Sherman scored two goals and Derek McInnis turned in a sterling effort with 28 saves as No. 3 Hingham defeated No. 7 Xaverian, 3-1, in the Super Eight last night at the Tsongas Center.

With the Hawks desperately trying to play catch-up, McInnis shined his brightest, making 15 of his stops in the third period.
