Bob Gamere gets 5 years, lifetime supervision
Former Hub television star Bob Gamere will be on supervised probation for life if he survives the next five years in a federal hoosegow for circulating online videos of children having sex with each other and adults.
The onetime sportscaster for Channels 7 and 56, host of “Candlepins for Cash” and New York Yankees play-by-play announcer was sentenced yesterday by U.S. District Court Judge William G. Young. Five years is the federal mandatory minimum punishment for transportation and possession of child pornography.
