Although not legally drunk, an allegedly tipsy Alexandra Forbes Kerry was yanked off the streets in Hollywood early yesterday and slapped with an operating under the influence charge.

Kerry, 36, was arrested at 12:40 a.m. after her driving “caught the attention” of officers, Los Angeles police told the Herald.
