Owner of 15 cats selling home amid neighbors’ gripes

DUDLEY - The for-sale sign went up on Mary Ellen Richards’ front lawn recently, the latest salvo in a feud that has become increasingly catty, to say the least.

It is a feud about felines, a full 15 of them. They stand sentinel in her driveway, lounge on her lawn and - more to the point, her neighbors say - on other people’s lawns, leaving waste and small dead animals in their wake.
