An accused serial T groper who was photographed with a cell phone camera by one of his alleged female victims on the Orange Line was ordered held on $8,000 bail today in the Boston Municipal Court.

Hugo Hernandez, 22, of Everett, was arrested on Wednesday by transit police who say he has been groping women on crowded trains since April. The T is in the middle of a crackdown on perverts.
