Dad turns in daughter allegedly using name of Norwell resident

GILBERT, Ariz. — Authorities say the father of a woman wanted in a series of fraudulent credit card purchases turned her in to Gilbert police.

The family of 40-year-old Delores Jean Rakow tried to persuade her to surrender when they saw surveillance photos of her on TV news shows Thursday, but she refused.
