Michael Ross likely set for 2nd term as council prez

Michael Ross appears to have an early lock on a second straight term as president of the City Council for another year when councilors vote in January.

“Mike tells me he already has the votes. He has ten commitments,” noted one councilor who asked not to be identified. “He has been able to secure the votes on his own great work and evenhandedness and ability to build coalitions.”
