Almost 90,000 voters have cast their ballots today with less than two hours left in the city election - and challenger Michael Flaherty is declaring it’s a “dead heat.”
Flaherty, in an e-mail blast, says the race is too close to call - but he doesn’t back it up with any exit polls or statistics. It’s the second e-mail dump the campaign has unleased in an effort to unseat the incumbent.
