Citizen tweets trouble

You can say a little birdie tipped cops off to this nuisance.

Boston police promised a fellow Twitter user they’ll look into people shooting up on the Common. “Your Tweet will get passed down to the local district, thanks,” cops said Wednesday. Social networking turned citizen cop.
