KEENE, N.H. - A Somerville man convicted of impersonating a U.S. Marshal to con two New Hampshire businessmen out of more than $10,000 will spend six to 12 years in prison.

Joseph Baldasaro, 46, could still face charges in Maine, Massachusetts and Vermont as well as federal charges. In May, he persuaded two Chesterfield business owners to give him cash as part of an investigation on counterfeit money.
