Energy bill, with all the trimmings

Many holiday hosts feel drained of energy by the time the turkey hits the table, but there are ways to conserve your own energy as well as cutting your electric bill.

“There are lots of ways you can cut corners and people aren’t going to know the difference,” said Mary Clingman, director of Butterball’s Turkey Talk-line, who will spend Thanksgiving helping chefs prepare the perfect meal while keeping their sanity. This is the poultry help-line’s 29th year.
