As current as ever, eh tubby? Referencing Carnac the Magnificent. What? Johnny's been off the air for something like 17 years? Dead for maybe 5? Anybody wonder why Boston is small time? I'm guessing that no NY newspaper would bother to publish a guy whose 15 year shtick concerning the mayor was an endless rehash of the guy's malapropisms, ya' know? At the very least, the NY guy would probably actually LIVE in the city of New York. Go figure.

Howie

Good work! Let's hope that Menino and his gang have adjoining cells at Walpole MCI.

The Menino hacks should now leave the blogs -- until your master is indicted.

Four more years of this massive corruption and the City of Boston should be bankrupt and ready to be taken under receivership.

Hey Howie, when I was little, Mayor Curley was the man. You could understand him. He too was a crook, but a nice one. I can recall one time he took a poor kid into a shoe store, told the owner to give the kid a new pair of shoes. The owner asked who was paying. Curley said that the owner was. When the owner gave Curley a hard time about it. Curley had the curbs in front of his store painted yellow for "no parking"
