CHICAGO — Holding back tears, Oprah Winfrey told her studio audience today that she would end her show in 2011 after a quarter-century on the air, saying prayer and careful thought led her to her decision.

Winfrey told the audience that she loved "The Oprah Winfrey Show," that it had been her life and that she knew when it was time to say goodbye. "Twenty-five years feels right in my bones and feels right in my spirit," she said.

Thank God! Go enjoy your billions and go on tour with your community organizer that you helped get elected to the presidency. He probably already has a posh position waiting for you if you haven't already cut a deal!

Oh, ok, I read that wrong. I thought it said "Oprah To End Show When Her Weight Hits 2011". Perhaps Hussein O. can set O. Winfrey up with a cush ambassadorship, like to the country of Rotundia.

This is an 'awkward' news story. Why does Harpo Productions feel the need to make an announcement about Oprah making an announcement? The content of her announcement has now been revealed. So, in theory, she no longer needs to make an announcement. Am I right?

It's kind of funny seeing the banner with this news headline positioned over Deval's scowling face. I actually thought the pic was part of the article at first.

Hating on another accomplished black person, not surprised. Oprah did not get PRESIDENT OBAMA to all you haters elected it was the people of all races that voted for him.

Loudz003, if you had to say something about race then you probably are a Racist.
