James Franco will follow his upcoming arc on the soap opera “General Hospital” with a guest appearance on NBC’s “30 Rock.” The network declined to comment, but an insider told Entertainment Weekly that Franco, playing himself, will be involved in a faux romance with Jane Krakowski’s Jenna . The relationship will be engineered by their respective agents. Franco is scheduled to start work on the episode later this week.
