An overlong “Seinfeld” episode featuring ruminants, “The Men Who Stare at Goats” is based on a true story. Who cares?

Once you get past the stranger-than-fiction aspect of this tale of an American military run by idiots, zealots and borderline psychos, you’re left with the depressing reality.

This writer is just like comic book guy from the Simpsons. A walking (or should I say sitting? slothing?) cliche' straight out of a movie.
