Casting Ewan McGregor, George Clooney a ‘Stare’-way to heaven

As strange as the title may sound, “The Men Who Stare at Goats” is inspired by real U.S. Army paranormal experiments, including mind control, some of which involved trying to kill goats by simply staring at them.

Ewan McGregor co-stars with George Clooney and Jeff Bridges in the comedy, and as far as experiencing altered states go, he’s pretty much a novice.
