Locke-Ober to serve lunch again

The 134-year-old Locke-Ober restaurant, a former power-lunch spot for Boston businessmen, will resume offering lunch beginning Nov. 2.

Chef and co-owner Lydia Shire has created a new lunch menu that will be offered prix-fixe for $18.75 or a la carte, according to the Downtown Crossing Partnership. The upscale restaurant also will serve a new bar menu during lunch and dinner.

Only the rich can afford $18.75 for lunch - talk about expensive!!!!

$18 for lunch? I can't even afford the $1 special at McD's.
