CONCORD, N.H.— Dairy farmers for the Cabot Creamy Cooperative in New England are opening their farms to the public to raise awareness of how the business structure has helped their farms survive.

"Open Farm Sunday" also aims to raise awareness of the importance of locally sourced food at mainstream groceries, which the Vermont-based cooperative has been supplying for 90 years.

Visitors can stop by a number of farms in the region from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday.

A list of the farms is available at www.cabotcheese.coop
