October foreclosures jump compared to previous month
Foreclosures in Massachusetts increased by nearly 30 percent in October from the previous month, but fewer families lost their homes compared to the same month last year, according to The Warren Group.
“Foreclosures in October were actually the third highest so far this year,” said Timothy Warren, CEO of The Warren Group. “But the pace of foreclosures is still lower than it was last spring and summer when there was an average of nearly 1,200 foreclosures a month.”

The banks are doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to help these people! Thanks for nothing OBAMA!!! Our tax dollars are bailing out the banks that are suppose to be passing it on to the one's in need. If you lost your job and can't pay your mortgage, the HUD approved "counselors" tell you to sell your house!! I'm not making this up. NOBODY is getting bailed-out except the rich fat cats...NOBODY!

Winter and the holidays are coming. Heating fuel is going to be very expensive and the same goes for Christmas shopping. By spring, with the added taxes that we'll for sure wind up having to pay by then people are going to be broker than ever and so they are going to abandon their homes in droves......And the sad thing is that in these days there are no longer any more hills to head for
