Buyers balked at the price, so Curt Schilling is changing his pitch again in an effort to sell his Medfield manse.

No. 38 has reduced the price of his 26-acre Medfield estate to $4.5 million, the same price the former Red Sox pitcher and his wife Shonda paid Drew Bledsoe for the 20-room Colonial in 2004.

If he has to wait for Obama, he'll be waiting a LONG time....(At the rate Obama is 'turning the economy around', there won't be anyone left who can afford a home like this, much less a cheap apt in Chelsea!)

Obama will never turn this economy around!!!!What he will do is bankrupt this country. All I can say is that he is a "one term" president.

It's a beautiful home, with lots of land, and would have sold in a heartbeat if the economy hadn't tanked. He'll sell it eventually but as another poster rightly said, he'll have to wait a while.

The wealthy are not stupid. They are all waiting for the bargins before they buy them up. Even at $4.5 million, they'll be few takers unless the housing market improves dramatically.

Maybe he should get a list of rececnt Powerball or Megamillion winners and try to sell them over. Then again who would want to live in Mass. and pay those high prorerty taxes Deval promised to lower.
Don't blame me, I voted for Muffy.

It's great to see what all of his support for George W. Bush has cost him. Tax cuts for the rich will surely float all boats. NOT! Any illegals maintaining those grounds Curt?
